H2020-LC-SC3-EC-2-2018-2019-2020: Mitigating household energy poverty

Proposals are expected to contribute to alleviating energy poverty, saving primary energy, promoting investments in sustainable and renewable energy and to support best practice in energy consumption. The proposed action should cover one or more of the following: Facilitate behaviour change and implementation of low-cost energy efficiency measures tailored for energy poor households.
