Demonstration pilots for implementation of personalised medicine in healthcare

The project will focus on the prevention aspect of personalised medicine in youth, such as lifestyle (obesity/anorexia) and/or mental health (depression). The objective of the project is twofold:

1. Demonstrate the (cost)-effectiveness of models of PM approaches
2. Demonstrate the viability of these PM approaches by implementing them in different EU regions
