The main objective of this proposal is to provide an effective contribution towards an increased competitiveness of small and medium food processors and suppliers for local food productions, meeting at the same time the consumers’ demand of healthier, safer and more sustainable food and supporting a circular and biodiverse economy.
The project will bring innovations in four key food sectors which are vital in EU economy, which have the potential to increase the healthy status of the EU population: wholegrains, fish and marine products, milk and dairies; vegetable&fruits (including seeds and legumes).
