The company’s products are manufactured using semi-automatic processes, from high-quality natural ingredients. The company aims to triple its manufacturing capacity and is therefore interested in identifying new technology to automatize its manufacturing processes, namely the oleaginous fruits processing and cooking.

Full description The Romanian company was established in 2019 with the aim of offering clients a varied assortment of natural, gluten-free, vegan cream spreads based on oleaginous fruits, suitable for a healthy lifestyle. The company’s products are manufactured using only high-quality, natural ingredients. The firm’s product portfolio contains different cream-spread mixes based on the following main ingredients: - hazelnuts - peanuts - honey - cashews - almonds - cocoa All products are manufactured based on the company’s own, original recipes. No sugar, salt, palm oil or stabilisers are added. Oleaginous fruits used in the manufacturing process are purchased raw, and are then baked and minced via a semi-automatic processes, on the company’s premises, according to the recipe they will be used for. The Romanian company currently addresses the national market with a manufacturing capacity of approximately 4.000-5.000 jars/month, which it aims to triple in the short term. The main challenge of the Romanian company is their production processes are semi-automated and they have reached the maximum production capacity for their current equipment. Aiming to triple its manufacturing capacity, the Romanian company seeks new international business partners able to supply the company with suitable technology to automatize its manufacturing processes in terms of: oleaginous fruits processing and baking. Cooperation with potential partners will be based on commercial agreements with technical assistance.

Technical Specification or Expertise Sought The Romanian company seeks the following two equipment: - blender/ecoloidal mill to support with oleaginous fruits processing - baking line/oven to support with oleaginous fruits baking. Equipment sought should have a production capacity of 100-400 kg/hour. Potential partners will supply the Romanian company with their product offering and quotations.
