The addendum to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan RTRP) in Spain has been approved by the European Commission, and will enable the second phase of the Plan to be launched. These resources will be channeled through investments and reforms aimed at boosting strategic autonomy in the technological, digital, energy, agri-food and industrial fields, and housing stock for social or affordable rental.

This addendum will move up additional resources for the 12 PERTES. New opportunities are coming for investment in Spain and also for R&D
