The fifth SPINE–UPPER webinar will bring together leading cities from Bologna, Šibenik, Oslo, and Valencia to discuss practical pathways toward more inclusive and equitable urban mobility. As Europe accelerates its transition to cleaner and smarter transport systems, this session will showcase how social innovation and behavioural change can ensure mobility solutions work for everyone.
