In its first year of activity, the DESTINY project was presented in several international events. The consortium participated in conferences, expos and other type of events, where a comprehensive overview on the latest achievements was offered to interested stakeholders and users from academia, industry and public sectors. Technical results were also accomplished: project partners witnessed the pigments being cooked with the first available demonstrators based on DESTINY’s technology during the last meeting held in Valencia (Spain) from 22nd to 23rd October 2019. A special attention was dedicated to the Market Report developed by CIAOTECH-PNO: the study is a comprehensive look over cement, ceramic and steel markets, including economic, technological and social scenarios.
