On May 30th, the fifth webinar of the European project BRILIAN took place, titled “Ensuring the Sustainability of the Bioeconomy.”
The event brought together experts from across Europe (and beyond) to discuss how to make the bioeconomy sustainable from environmental, social, and economic perspectives.
Topics included: resilient farming practices, nature-based solutions, and tools to assess sustainability in bio-based projects.
The webinar also provided an opportunity to present the C4B project - Coordinated by CiaoTech-Gruppo PNO - which aims to strengthen rural communities by developing fair and sustainable business models for agroforestry value chains, promoting a more inclusive and profitable circular bioeconomy for primary producers.
