A new funding scheme supporting the fashion supply chain is set to launch, with a total budget of €100 million.
The scheme supports projects ranging from €1 million to €20 million, aimed at the establishment and expansion of production facilities, production diversification, transformation of production processes, and the acquisition of existing facilities.
Projects may also include process and organisational innovation, staff training, and research and development activities.
The initiative is open to SMEs operating in the textile, clothing, leather and accessories sectors, including projects carried out in partnership.
The funding covers up to 75% of eligible costs and consists of a non-repayable grant, which may be supplemented by a subsidised loan of up to 20%.
The call for applications will be published shortly. Projects will be selected through a competitive evaluation and ranking procedure.
