On 3 December 2025, PNO successfully organised the First Stakeholder Workshop of the EU-funded project RUNFASTER4EU (GA 101214206), which aims to demonstrate flagship bio-based value chains from low-ILUC-risk oil crops cultivated on marginal lands.

The event gathered stakeholders from the EU farming sector, reflecting the workshop’s focus on large-scale cultivation of these crops and the development of related agricultural value chains. Participants shared insights on opportunities, challenges and regional needs for adopting these innovative cultivation practices, providing valuable input for future replication and farmer-oriented activities.

As a core partner, PNO leads Stakeholder Engagement and co-leads exploitation and replication activities, coordinating stakeholder interactions, engagement strategies and exploitation pathways.
