After years of research, collaboration, and experimentation, the COgITOR journey reaches its final milestone.
In Genova, the first Colloidal Cybernetic System (CCS) has been successfully integrated and tested – bringing together liquid-based computing, self-healing materials, energy harvesting, and soft sensing into a single adaptive architecture.
But this is more than a prototype. It’s a glimpse into a new paradigm: systems that compute, sense, and adapt like living matter – robust under extreme conditions, resilient to damage, and capable of operating where conventional technologies struggle.
From deep space-inspired environments to future real-world applications, COgITOR lays the groundwork for the next generation of unconventional computing.
The project may be ending – but this is just the beginning.
