On 19 February 2026, at 10 AM, LEADS organises a dedicated online webinar focused exclusively on the Feasibility Study within Innovation Fund proposals. The session will bring together industry stakeholders and Innovation Fund experts to provide practical guidance on how to structure, justify and strengthen feasibility studies across technical, financial and risk dimensions.

The webinar will address:
- Key evaluation expectations related to feasibility studies
- Common weaknesses identified in unsuccessful applications
- Structuring technical, financial and risk elements in a clear and coherent manner
- Lessons learned from a successful Innovation Fund project

PNO Innovation Italy will actively contribute to the webinar with two presentations:
- Roberto Conti, LEADS Project Manager, will deliver a session focused on common pitfalls to avoid and on how to build a successful Feasibility Study Annex for the Innovation Fund.
- Paola Zitella, Senior Consultant at PNO Innovation Italy, will present the essential criteria for ensuring the credibility and effectiveness of feasibility studies from the evaluators’ perspective.
