LiCORNE has selected three routes to take into scale‑up. One processes spodumene to make lithium carbonate with an 84% yield. Another treats continental brines to produce high‑purity lithium carbonate at the lowest cost. The third recovers lithium, cobalt and nickel from off‑specification cathodes.
