In the annual MT1000 survey of the best service providers in the Netherlands, PNO Consultants finished first in the category Organisational Advice! The study was carried out by Amsterdam Centre for Business Innovation.
Research among 5,000 clients
The MT1000 survey of the Dutch business magazine Management Team has been conducted among more than 5,000 clients in the Netherlands. Respondents were asked about overall customer satisfaction, customer focus, product leadership and quality of execution.
Henk Volberda, Professor of Strategic Management & Innovation at the University of Amsterdam is responsible for researching the most valued service providers in the Netherlands, in collaboration with Management Team. "As a service provider, you need to ensure satisfied customers who remember you in a survey like this. Secondly, you have to have a good product, be customer-oriented and work very efficiently. On all these points you will have to score high to get a good position in the MT1000, and we assume that smart companies will be able to maximise in all these areas."
According to MT editor-in-chief Remy Ludo Gieling, MT1000 research can be seen as the crowning glory of the work of high scoring companies. "In a world where products and services are becoming more and more of a commodity, service is one of the most important tools to be successful as a company in the long run. The winners in the rankings have service as their top priority and that is the achievement of the talents that wants to go that extra mile for the customer."
Volberda: "You also see a new generation of employees emerge: without a nine-to-five mentality, and working with needs other than just wanting to work their b… off in order to move up in the rankings. This is a second challenge for the future: how do I attract new talent?" The MT1000 research focuses on 58 categories in business services including executive search, employment agencies and secondment, corporate finance, accountancy, organisational consultancy and the legal profession.
