Companies operating in microelectronics or semiconductors can now apply to Spain’s PERTE CHIP – General Section (IPCEI) for support covering feasibility studies, industrial research, and experimental development.

Grants of up to 70% are available, with awards up to €35M per entity, for projects starting from €500,000. The application window runs 1–30 September 2025 on a first-come, first-served basis, and funding is not tied to EU programmes.
