The issue will guide you throught all the results achieved in the frame of the first 12 months of activities towards the development of a prototype of a combined early risk assessment tool that will provide individual citizens with personalized recommendations for the management of chronic conditions – such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases.
CiaoTech (PNO Group) is involved in this initiative as partner responsible of the identification of the most important stakeholders for WARIFA, and is also in charge of the dissemination and exploitation of the project results.
