On 19 February 2026, HEU LEADS project, coordinated by PNO Innovation, delivered a high-impact webinar analysing what truly makes or breaks an Innovation Fund proposal: the Technical Feasibility Study.
PNO Innovation experts provided a sharp, experience-based walkthrough of evaluator expectations, common scoring gaps, and how to fix them.
Engineering depth, permitting realism, quantified assumptions and risk transparency emerged as decisive success factors. Furthermore, a real-world CCS case highlighted the importance of timelines, partner alignment and preparation effort. This session marks the first in a broader LEADS capacity building programme covering the main building blocks of a competitive Innovation Fund proposal.
