Cross-cluster collaboration for promoting international competitiveness of European SMEs and circular economy in the aerospace and automotive sectors (CONSCIOUS)

The CONSCIOUS project aims at connecting European SMEs in the automotive, aerospace and circular economy industries to create new industrial value chains. It will create a network of clusters to organise cross-sectoral and cross-border actions that will include:

• Offer access to off-line support services such as training, technology, and business support in the area of circular economy in the automotive and aerospace industries.
• To support innovation in SMEs directly, CONSCIOUS will offer access to capital by providing financial support to third party SMEs through open calls for experiments and pilot activities in the area of circular economy in the automotive and aerospace industries.
• To boost internationalisation, CONSCIOUS will support the international market access to the SMEs through business missions, B2B events, etc.
• Provide an open online collaborative platform that can involve innovation actors from different sectors and countries that will serve not only as a space for sharing best practices but also as a matchmaking system for new ideas for innovation and new collaboration partnerships.
