Development of functional and chemically defined coatings for adherent primary and stem cells

We have optimized specified coatings for cell culture products to expand iPSC and MSC. However, many more cells are currently used in R&D and cell therapy developments which also require specific functional adhesion support for proliferation and differentiation. We aim to develop novel coatings for e.g. hepatic cells, MSC, HEK cells and adult tissue cells like neuronal cells obtained from iPSC for various applications, e.g. exosome production, metabolic screening in drug development and testing, viral production for vaccine development and directed differentiation for cell therapy approaches.

We are planning an application within Eurostars with deadline on the 3rd September 2020.
