Full description A cybersecurity innovative startup, based in Italy, funded in 2018, develops technologies and products for secure data sharing and sovereignty dedicated to industrial value chains, delivering the best experience and value to its clients and users. The startup is a member of GAIA-X, a common European project with more than 350 members and 1800 contributors, whose mission is to create an European data economy, an open, transparent, and secure federated digital ecosystem, where data and services respond to common rules and can be securely built, collated and shared. It is interested in participating in DREAM Innovation Open Call, a cascade funding launched by the DREAM (Digital Resilient Europe for Advance Manufacturing) project, one of the 30 Euroclusters projects, co-funded by the European Commission in the Single Market Programme. The Open Call is devoted to financially support small market-oriented projects involving 2 partners of two different countries, one digital tech SME and one company, no matter its dimension, acting as end-user of the industrial manufacturing domain. Applicants must be legal entities located in one of the participating countries in the Single Market Programme (SMP), namely: ⁃ EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories (OCTs)) ⁃ non-EU countries: listed European Economic Area EEA countries and countries associated to the COSME part of the Single Market Programme The proposed projects must be driven to prototyping or testing in real environment, demonstrating that the integration and application of digital technologies can improve the market competitiveness of the involved SMEs, and contribute to the green transition of manufacturing company. The maximum project duration can be up to 9 months while the financial support to the project will be in the form of lump sum of maximum 30.000 €. Call deadline: 25th May 2023 The Italian tech SME already developed its own platform for secure data sharing and sovereignty, to mitigate risks, automate compliance and secure the data value chain of manufacturing ecosystems in different industrial verticals. Now, in participating in the DREAM Open Call, it aims at implementing a prototype in a specific use case: sharing data in a secure and sovereign way between actors in a value chain, creating value for the whole ecosystem and society, optimizing circular processes reducing the carbon footprint and protect the extended supply chain from cyber threats that may impact business continuity. The sought manufacturing end-user participating in DREAM call should define its specific use case with KPI involved. The proposed innovation project aims at demonstrating that a customized version of the Italian SME platform can shows benefits, in terms of reduced carbon footprint of manufacturing supply chain, reduced costs of data security and governance, lowered risks associated to data breaches, and improved service to stakeholders with advanced data sharing and collaborative analytics.
