Project objectives:

The project aims at developing sensible reactors that not only use electricity – potentially 100% renewable – but also take advantage of thermodynamics principles that allow the specific tailoring of heating – granting energy- and resource-efficiency at once. With the parallel development of the novel catalyst and testing of traditionally-used systems, the project(s) has(have) the following objectives:

  1. Reduce the reactor size for industrial process;
  2. Improve energy-efficiency and reduce energy use for endo/exothermic reactions;
  3. Tailor processes on both reactor and catalyst;
  4. Find the optimal source of renewable energy for induction.
