Main goal is the production of vegetable alternative beverage based on mediterranean diet (pulses, cereals and fruits) with a complete protein content. The beverage, lactose free and gluten free will be developed to obtain the following properties:
Target of project is realized a functional food suitable for different vegetable functional food for athletes, vegetarians, vegans, children, elderly and in general who needs or wants to diversify daily supply of proteins and fibers. Besides the products could be adopted in medical sector as nutritional supplement for different pathologies (e.g. obesity, inflammatory bowel disease - IBD, diabetes, etc).
We are interested in getting in touch with public and private organizations located in Israel, Tunisia, Turkey, Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Morocco.
