Smart shirts for an Easier LiFe (SELF)

Active and Assisted Living (AAL) programme aims to provide innovative Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)-based solutions in order to enhance older adults’ quality of life, improve the long-term sustainability of health and long-term care systems, and to strengthen the industrial base in Europe and internationally. 
To do so, SELF project will develop wearable devices in particular smart shirts holding specific sensors able to monitor a wide range of vital signs connected with an APP which records and analyses the results.
