This Spanish company is a SME located in Castilla y León. They are manufacturer of healthy and wholesome drinks derived from apples such as cider, apples juices and nutritional complements. The main objective of the company is to develop beverages and foods linked to the concept of healthy longevity, with the apple being the center of all its products. The company has an advanced technological base and works with expert laboratories in the field of development and production of nutritional supplements. Due to the large amount of waste, more than 500kg per year, that originates in the manufacturing process of the beverages and the defective or poor condition apples that cannot be used in the manufacturing process, the company is looking for a technological solution that takes advantage of this waste. Therefore the company is interested in contacting with knowledge and equipment for apple waste recovery and valorization in new by-products with it.
