On April 11th, PNO and the NANOMEMC2 partners organized the project's industrial workshop “CO2 selective membranes for carbon capture and decarbonised fuels”.

The third review project meeting for the SPIRE-project REE4EU took place on the 23th April 2019 in the CEFIC premises.

First results on the environmental foot-print and preliminary economic assessment of the REE4EU technology were presented to relevant stakeholders in the REE4EU workshop that was held in Brussels 24^th April 2019.

The article Field test of a pre-pilot scale hollow fiber facilitated transport membrane for CO₂ capture has been just accepted for publication in the prestigious journal International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control.

The second project meeting for the SPIRE-project DESTINY - “Development of an efficient microwave system for material transformation in energy intensive processes for an improved yield” took place on the 27^th and 28^th of March 2019 in the University of Ancona, Italy.

NANOMEMC² is in the first semester of its third and final year.

All the EXCORNSEED project partners have been hosted by ENVIRAL, a.s. in Piešťany (Slovak Republic) from 26^th to 27^th  March, 2019 on the 1st Progress Meeting.

CiaoTech/PNO is supporting The Institute for Applied Informatics, InfAI, in the organisation of the think tank and hackathon “Artificial Intelligence for Smart Agriculture”.

A successful project largely depends on good communication. Within a Horizon 2020 project, a communication and dissemination plan is a mandatory part. By establishing KPIs,  project partners are able to measure its actual impact and improve the plan in the meantime

PNO Consultants, as member of the consortium of the H2020 project VALUEMAG, will participate and have a booth to the 9^th European Algae Summit, the 10^th and 11^th April in Lisbon.
